The Colgate Real Estate Club aims to provide Colgate University undergraduates with the fundamentals of the commercial real estate industry. The club organizes various events throughout the year to provide students with a strong foundational knowledge of commercial real estate as well as networking and post-graduate opportunities. 

The club hosts information sessions, financial analysis training, case competitions, and a platform to connect with alumni real estate professionals. Students gain exposure to a variety of industry areas and post-graduate opportunities through frequent presentations from alumni, providing valuable opportunities for internships and employment in the future.

Each year the Colgate Real Estate Council and Career Services provides members with the opportunity to attend a Real Estate Immersion Trip in New York City. The two day trip consists of site visits, panels, and networking events. It is an unparalleled opportunity for Colgate students to not only learn the fundamentals of commercial real estate, but it also allows for Seniors and Juniors to build meaningful relationships with alumni in the industry.
